So i’m debating on getting a shackle kit for my truck to get a 1” lift in the rear. ive never been a fan of blocks. what are some other options i have? it seems if i go flip i have to replace a lot of other parts. i don’t do any rock crawling so i’m not sure if a flip would be worth it. is their any aal that will get me 1”? or any suggestions or other ideas i could go with?

Just put a 1” block and call it it day. Easy, cost effective and does the job.

All the AALs I know of are going to lift more than one inch, unfortunately.

Deaver will customize one of their packs to your desired specs for $150, though. Pretty sure the guy you want to talk to there is named Jeff.

Anyone know if a 1" block will require a longer shock ?

yea. bilstien 5100s and fox 2.0s allow for 0-1” of life. will cost around 170-200 for those shocks. their cheaper shocks out their i’m sure.

Factory shocks can handle 1", but if you want full travel, the 5100 is the easiest solution.

There's thousands and thousands of tacomas with 1" blocks and stock rear shocks out there.
