I have a 2019 Tacoma TRD Pro. I want to get a winch and figured I need a bumper with winch mount tray included. I want one, preferably, where I don't have to cut the body or mouldings. So, a center bumper replacing the current rubber skin and innards.

All I find are bumpers that snug up to the body and grill and where the winch is enclosed and hidden. When I asked a dealer how I access the winch he did not know. So, if I want to flip the lever from engage to unspool for instance, it is on top of the winch but buried behind the grill and its mounts and kerfuffle. Or if I want to plug in the remote, again, how do I get to it, and hell how do I even see well enough to plug it in?

I haven't really done any serious off-roading for 30 years and then I had an old k-10 with granny low that never, ever got stuck despite my stupidity and youth. Now I'm stupid and old and would like to have a winch since my Tacoma is not the tank that the K-10 was. Help!
