    I sprayed the coil over pretty good. Got one little twist out of it then went to move the wrench and twist again, bearly tapped it and it popped off

    Morning all, doing full fluid changes and my front diff drain plug is stripped :eek::annoyed:. Why did they insist on putting an Allen head there and no where else on the drivetrain?

    OMG. Had that happen on mine. Took about an hour to get it off. Replaced with std socket plug, 7/8” head I think.

    I even bought a new plug a few weeks ago because I know I have shitty luck and it would probably be this way... Thinking about doing:

    1. Get after it with a chisel and see if I can Loosen it like that, caveman style...

    2. Pretend I don’t care and jack with it next oil change.

    I did get the top plug out and the level is good and the fluid looks fine, a lot better than T-case and rear diff looked.

    Strike it strait on with hammer, heavy hits, maybe 5-10. Then use chisel method to break free. Once it turns, your good.
