When I bought this truck I was mainly checking the frame and since the guy drove it 4 hours I didnt really inspect other issues. He told me about the codes and I thought nothing of it as I planned on replacing the engine eventually and read up on how the errors mainly revolve around the secondary knock sensor harness. He lifted the hood, I looked and he shut it. I didnt know enough at the time to see that the knock sensors were on a diy bracket hanging on the intake manifold. I purchased new knock sensors since I would need them anyway, new knock harness , cleaned connectors and still the problem came up. Today I put in a different ecu and still the exact same problem. The codes pop up for both banks at 2050/2100 rpm. Is there anything else I can check aside from the wiring harness? (which I wil go through when I pull the engine). I have noticed using OBD2 Torque my timing is between 10 and 20 while driving but not 0. 96 4x4 3.4
