yep. ive got everything connected directly to mine. I've overdrawn it before and it'll flash and shut down the circuit.

Thank you. That was my school of thought when I purchased my SP.

Hey guys. I'm having a little hiccup. I've connected my white trigger wire to a low beam circuit. I usually have my headlights set to AUTO so they come one when it gets dark out. I wanted the amber backlights of the BD S8 to trigger on when the low beams are on. However, when the low beams are on, the backlights do not turn on. They only turn on when my low beams are switched off. They also turn off when I turn my low beams back on. Is there something I'm missing or not programming correctly to the SwitchPros?

I kind of had the same issue. Wanted my ditch lights to come on when my highs were on but couldn't figure out the programming. I didn't dig too deeply though.

My high trigger works just fine, I think... for now. I tried switching it to the high trigger and as soon as I hit the highs, they stayed on. And when I clicked the highs again, they turned off.

You are using 2 triggers? I think there’s a setting you’ve gotta flip for it.

They worked without adjusting any of the settings?

Oh, should've clarified. I switched back and forth for testing to make sure the trigger was programmed or working as intended. I just can't get the low beam trigger to work correctly. It's like the polarity of the trigger is switched somewhere. I don't know if it's internal to the SwitchPros or if I just don't have it right.

    Yeah sounds like it’s backwards

According to the manual you can program it for an active high or active low. Might need to reverse it

    page 8 is trigger programming

I'd say you have "active low" set for your Lights/Trigger 2. You want it active high.

Active high = switch on 12
    Active low = switched ground

Fortunately I can connect to my SP from inside my house, so here's a screenshot.

I'm doing something similar with my raptor lights and will be also doing it with my S8 when I get my rack mounted.

I believe it was very much a lowest bidder situation for the app. I heard it used to be worse.

At the top you've got your trigger 1 (pink wire), if you want to use it (enable) and the active high/low. Then choose up to 4 outputs you want to control via this trigger. Below you've got the same stuff but for trigger 2, lights (white wire).

Switched power vs switched ground might be inaccurate for active high/low, but this is a good example. If you want amber marker lights to be on when your headlights are on, you want to use switched high. If you want it on when your headlights are off, you want switched low.

I guess I'll go out to the truck and mess with it. See if I can get it sorted

    Thanks man!

Nice! What's your pink wire (trigger 1) connected to?

I am also interested in the ARB single air compressor (CKMA12) and will not use the lockers.

Seems like the ARB CKMA12/SwitchPro installers (like @kceastsparks) on this thread are utilizing the SP to drive the low amp pressure switch. This approach does not require a high amp SP circuit. Even the depicted harness manufactured by SP uses this approach.

Has anyone wired a 35A SP outlet to the ARB CKMA12 more directly to clean up the wiring in the engine bay (no direct high amp 12V connection from ARB to battery) and to take full advantage of the solid state fused 35A capability of the SP-9100? Seems possible, given that the ARB spec states that the CKMA12 under full load only draws 32A.

    I cobbled up a (non-tested) napkin drawing:

Covered the CKMTA12 in my build thread. Only need the purple and black wires without lockers.
