I cant decide if i want to go with black letters or grey letters when i get my Pro Grille

 

I went with the black letters because I went with the no chrome look. Don’t regret it either. But that’s just me

Cement FTMFW!!! washed "Chip" up today, cleaned engine bay (loving the spiker engineering hood lift struts, and the extra height), tire dressing, and a "thank you drive", afterward to show him off, and top him off with non-ethanol fuel. installed the TRD skid plate last night, hoping to have black sema wheels, and wildpeak 265-70-17's on it by the end of the month. has simply muggle sport wheel gloss decals, at the moment. really waiting for the ov 2.0 tune to drop, cant wait to flash out of the beta, and into the 2.0 final version. Finally blacked out the badges and threw some weathertec deflectors on it. Can’t wait to lift it this week andthrow new wheels/ tires on.

 

Great looking Cement! Just ordered my Pro Grille last night. Pardon my ignorance what is this ov 2.0 you speak of and what exactly does it do. How hard was thr skid plate ro install?

 

Orange Virus Tuning. it is a performance ecu flash. there are many threads on this. helps with power, transmission shifts, daily driveability issues "some" are having. i have the sport so, i had to remove the stock skid plate and the front lower air dam. after that it was, remove 4 bolts holding front frame brackets in place, bench press the plate into place, and tighten the bolts. (supplied in kit). took about 30 minutes. Ski

 

If you don’t feel like buying the way over priced OEM garnish for the grille I grabbed one off eBay and haven’t had any issues with the sensor like some on here say.

Did you black out the chrome grill surround or do they come that way?

 

2020s don't have a surround anymore, they are all one piece and dark grey I believe.

If you have a previous year and want to black out the surround, you can buy one for an SR5 (which come matte black) and swap it out.
