With so many on here, I'm wondering if anyone else has any Desert Eagles, made by Magnum Research.
I just recently bought this Israeli made model, was dirty, a few scuffs, but a solid shooter. Heavy, big, chambered in .357 magnum, the smallest caliber they make it in.... Being heavy, this thing shoot great, never lifts off target, minimum recoil for shooting hot .357's, which are needed to cycle the pistol that shoot much larger calibers.

Uh oh, upside down pics sorry.

You must be in Australia :) I've always wanted one just heard bad things about them. But it's hard to believe anything anymore.

This thing is so easy to strip down and clean, all parts are massive. It's built like a tank, shoots fantastic, been shooting some hand loads, no mine, unknown bullets and powder. Going to be getting some Buffalo Bore 180 grain and see how those go.... Those are serious hot loads, if it shoots those nice, then wow. Formidable weapon. Looks cool.

So, like an idiot, I have been spending way to much money on guns, building guns.
The computer makes it easy, just match up what you want to build, find it, pay for it, build it. I've got 2 done, one in the waiting stage.
A giant AR10 in .308, 6x20 Burris scope, 24" no name barrel, Aero Precision upper and lower and parts groups. 46.5" long, 14.5 pounds unloaded.
Then the GI Joe gun, all Olive Drab Green, Aero again on upper and lower, Ballistic Advantage 14.7 " barrel, 1.8" muzzle brake to make it legal, Burris 3x red dot. Short and adjustable, and 7 pounds even.
Benn taking them to the range, AR10 has been having teething problems, light primer strikes, lots of lube on the BCG , and a new buffer kit, hopefully cures all.
    IMG_0546.jpg IMG_0545.jpg IMG_0008.jpg IMG_0011.jpg GI Joe = not enough rounds.

Friend of mine had a Desert Eagle in .50 cal, I shot it once. That was enough for me and it cost him $2
