    Okay, so I'm kicking myself for not taking pictures of the whole process, but I'll give you the bottom line: I de-pinned the connectors on the harness for the locker solenoids and taped the wires back into the harness. After that, I depinned the switch end of the ARB harness and taped back all but the purple and black wires as those are the only one's I needed for this application. I cut the terminals off of those, thres on some ring terminals, and ultimately terminated that harness onto the SP-9100. That leads us to cable routing.

    From the front corner of the Expedition Essentials mount, I ran their ARB harness extension behind the bed mount.

    From there, I followed the left rear body harness and secured to the mounting bracket located fore of the shock.

    Now, the harness came in between the bed and the frame and followed the front of the left fender down to the parking brake line.

    I secured the harness to a bracket with a swedge on it, then traced the brake line beck to the inside of the frame.

    Here, I ran the harness through the crossmember and resumed following the main body harness.

    Here is where routing got a bit tricky.

    Following the brake lines, I wedged the harness between the cab and the brake line mounting bracket, then tucked the whole thing behind the driver's side cat heat shield.

    I fished the harness up by sticking my hand through the fender liner and slowly working the connectors up to the top, inside of the fender liner. Here is where the connectors of the Expedition Essentials harness extension rested.

    Lastly, I sloppily zip tied the switch harness into a coil and the power harness (both provided by ARB and modified by yours truly) and temp installed the fuse holders between the fuse box and battery. I connected the negative on the power harness onto my negative bus and the positives went direct to the battery. You can see the horrifying sight of the ARB harness jammed into the space to the left of the battery... Some future trimming is definitely in order, but the grunt work is done!

    I decided to clean up the wiring today. I got some jumpers that fit my BlueSea fuse block, some 20A fuses, and an 8" premade battery cable. I chopped the excess 6' off of the trigger wires going to the SP-9100 and the power harness and wired everything in permanently!


    All the terminals tidied up:

    Here's a look at the routing of the battery jumper between the fuse block and the SP-9100.

    Here you can get a good look at the jumpers. I balanced it so both sides of the buss would have a 40A draw from 2 20A fuses per side. Ground terminated to negative bus.

    So I got my SSO Slinline Stage II Wings today! I'm still waiting on the bumper itself. Once it comes, I'll have a huge install of the winch, bumper, wings, and BAMF Bumper reinforcements!

    I'll be posting the same walkthrough that a few others have, but I'll include the winch mounting, wiring, and install of the bumper reinforcements. Be prepared to wait. I'm looking at 16+ weeks to completion of my order. I'll be surprised if I even get the bumper by the time I have to move.

    As for cutting: go big or go home. If you cut it wrong, there's a ton of places to buy a replacement. After all, it's just a piece of plastic that can be replaced with another piece of plastic (i.e. AMEX).

    $$$$ It's literally the same rack with added weight and it's one more thing to scratch. Add in the fact that @upTOPOverland_Drew was giving out decent deals on the Bravos during the holidays and it was a no brainer. I have rattle cans of 6V7 that I considered hitting the side rails with, but it's just not worth it. Lots of low hanging branches on the trails I run and there's no reason to do it.

    I finally got the dealer accessories after three and a half months. The bed lighting kit, tailgate letter inserts, and door edge guards. It's the small things :)

    The bed lighting kit was four 10mm screws (2 to remove each tail light) and one clip. Overall install time was around 15 minutes and that's because I re-routed the two drain lines for the tonneau while I was back there. Once they're out, just pull hard backwards and when you think you're going to break it, the clips will let go.

    Next, use a trim tool to remove the factory harness and dust cover from the bed.

    Plug in the kit pigtail and push into the slot for the dust cover you just removed, then push the clip for the pigtail into the eyelet near the hole you have to run it through and out into the bed.

    Voila! Let there be light!

    Door edge guards went on easily with a rubber mallet. Make sure you line up the bend with the door and work from the center upwards and downwards. Easy installs for a bit of convenience, protection, and exterior appeal.

    So I didn't waste any time getting this installed. For the most part, things lined up well. I ended up taking off a bit too much material on the driver's side and left a tad too much on the passenger's side. Ultimately, I'll end up shifting the entire bumper, but it's not bad for a 3 hour job alone.

    My few plugs are that (1) the BAMF bumper reinforcements that I intended to install are unusable as the studs on the truck used to hold the frame extensions and bumper are too short. I will have to do some thinking about how to rectify that. (2) The winch was as easy as plug and play, but make sure if you do undertake this alone, you use a floor jack (ATV, motorcycle, or mower lifts work best) or lift table and lining it up will be painless. (3) I opted not to trim my fender liners and instead molded them into the wings to help keep the grime out of the bumper. I personally think it looks better and will function much better too. (4) You may have to bend the condenser lines back towards the radiator. I didn't feel as though this was an issue, but it may bother some. If you don't, the winch will interfere with them. (5) I have a light bar coming in the next few days and once it's in, all we're done!

    I followed some of the other slimline installs on here and have to say that using a die grinder like I did is the way to go. That being said, a face shield and long sleeves are paramount unless you want to have molten plastic thrown at your head like I did.

    One last thing to do: spool up the winch line!

    I apologize for the grainy picture, but the locking shackles are installed and the winch is wound. I ended up running it through a snatch block and pulling the truck up a slight slope in order to get the drum wound.

    @TuRDLYFE You have any updated pics with the cubby/door installed for the compressor? I am curious as to what it looks like now. Also, where did you obtain these? Short of going through the dealer (even with an online order discount the price is over $250).

    Also, parts list for the swivel mount? That is very smart to do and I would like to as well.

    The trim and cover were supposed to be here on Tuesday, but USPS filed it in the "we'll deliver it when we feel like it pile" here locally, I'm sure. I think it will arrive tomorrow at which point I'll install it. I nabbed it up from someone on the forums. They pop up used from time to time or go to a local U-Pull and pay junkyard to see if they have them for cheap.

    As for the swivel and QD, I have a drawer full of pneumatic fittings that I pulled it out of.

    Ahhh, good ole USPS.
    I found one on eBay but it's over $100 and it is rough.
    I'll keep as eye out. Where by chance did you get the template to make the cut?
