So I have a puzzle for you... If I drive my truck in a heavy rain storm... and then park it...

When I get in and try move the shifter (AT) it is very sluggish ...

I have to move the shifter forward and back fully multiple times to get it to free up...

It's never failed to go into gear... but is quite a pain....

    Anyone had this happen??

Sounds like the shifter cable needs lubrication...inspect for damage while your under the truck.

Lubed what? Cable or Transmission Range Sensor, aka Park/Neutral switch.
