The bumper is function equipment for sure.. looks way to much like cop car for me tho..

funny how the whole center of it is open tho.. seems they would have had a cross bar in there.. even a deer hit right, the head will be through the rad in no time

 

Yep. That deer is going to end up in the engine bay.
