    Hi Everyone,

I recently upgraded my rims and tires on my 04 Tundra to 305-70-17. The issue is every tire fits flawlessly with the exception of the front driver's side. It rubs terribly and does not fit at all, The tire presses hard against the upper control arm. thought it might have been a ball joint issue so replaced them, Didn't help at all. Its soo bad I had to take the front new tires back off because it was undrivable. It also seems like the driver's tire isn't centered in the wheel well while the passenger tire is, this causes it to also rub the back of the wheel well. Has anyone had this issue before? I would like to be able to use my new tires and figure out what's going on here. Could it be an alignment issue? When driving normally it always had a slight pull to the left. Also should note that I bought this truck second hand a few months ago and there is no crash history on the VIN. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm stressing hoping I didn't just drop 2 grand in tires for no reason.

You need an alignment, you might have one wheel with the wrong backspacing, or you might be missing a wheel spacer.

    As recommended, get an alignment.
Sounds like the caster is off based on your description as well as the spindle might be bent.

Was the truck ever hit ??

Something wrong with the left front for sure.

How does the left tire wear any strange patterns ??

Then is it a Tacoma or Tundra?
