Rear Seatbelts wont retract

    2005 Green Tacoma
    On my 05 Tacoma, the rear seatbelts retract super slow and then stop before they get all the way in. The last bit of slack has to be hand fed into the seatbelt slot.

    I came across a youtube video in another thread that recommended trying to wash the seatbelt straps with soap and water. My seatbelts are a lot cleaner now, but it did not improve the retracting issue.

    Anyone have any other advice?
