Morning! :hattip::wave: Hope your day is great and Drama Free!!!

Thanks Tiffany!! It was all good before we went to be last night. Just bad timing to discuss repairs when we were both tired. We're usually much better about holding off on discussing certain things when we're both so tired and it's not urgent. This house is great but the previous owner neglected things that didn't show up on inspection that we're dealing with now. It's been a one step forward, two back for a bit but we're hopefully getting to end of the surprises.

So aggravating to listen to the guy talk about the expense just to get his combine on a trailer to get to a dealer 100mi away. Technology is great and makes so many things easier but can sure fuck ones day up in a hurry when it doesn't work.

Nothing like having your trailer brakes lock up and start smoking down the hwy. Grabbed my fire extinguisher just in case.

Doing well. Thanks Jim! Looks like you recovered from you little spat last night. :D
Hope the repairs go smoothly and you don't have too many more surprises. Things need to be all squared away for when I come to use that nice looking pool in your back yard. When's the "Whatever" pool party scheduled for?

    Glad to hear!

Yeah! they never last long with us and for that I am thankful. We seem to come to our senses quickly.

The tub was the only plumbing thing we didn't replace as it's not something either of use. Filled it on a whim the other night cause was windy outside. Glad we found the issue so we can replace tub and move on. The big jacuzzi tub idea for a bathroom is silly and inefficient especially when we have one attached to the pool that's ready to soak in an hour after firing up.

Pool gets fired up in May so anytime after that!
