    How long is the pre-sale for the RR2-F wheels? Im interested in the gunmetal set, but I do not see any pictures of that color mounted on a truck. I noticed that you guys are located in el monte. Any way to check them out in person?

    Just a quick word about RRW. I recently had an order go a bit south (not sharing details - sorry but not the point). I spoke with Ray, and they made it right - no hassle, no nonsense. Other vendors should take a page from this guy's book, and provide some REAL customer service like he did. These are stand-up guys, and I'll definitely order from them in the future. THANK YOU.

    Yikes... I filled out the "Contact" form on their website and someone texted a day or two afterwards. I spoke with them on the phone after that and they made things right. Sorry it's been a bust for you man.

    I did. Ray called back. For what it's worth - he seemed genuinely upset that I had a negative experience with his shop. Most places pretty much brush you off so they can attend the next customer. Today you can get stuff literally anywhere, so just having someone give a rat's are about your order is a big deal. Good luck man.

    I agree. Thanks for taking your time to reply and share your experience. It does give me hope. It’s the favorite wheel design and specs that I have seen for my taste so I hope I get them.
