Any groups on the western slope? Trails, scenery, off-road, beer, not that one guy

I tried searching, so if I missed something obvious I expect I'll be notified but "overland group", "western slope meetup", "off-road clubs", I did a bunch of a different terms and the only thing I turned up was some dude in the upcoming events thread going off about how people should stay home because they're not real off-roaders unless they have bigger tires than he does or some such bs.

Looking for any groups on the western slope (not the front range, not denver, I live 15 minutes north of Aspen so anywhere between the roaring fork and junction) that get together and run trails, go camping, explore new places, whatever so long as it's outdoors and off-road.

Not looking for groups that the guy I mentioned above is a member of. I'm not nor ever will be doing the Rubicon or Chinaman gulch. I have no interest in running 37's. I'm interested in seeing places I haven't been, enjoying a local beer or whiskey, and cooking some good campfire food.

I feel like I just filled out a dating profile.

Not sure what size they had, the post is over a year old, wasn't you, and was worded to group together people who had 32's or less. I threw in the 37's on my own. My search terms weren't doing so well, I turned up a few threads with people shitting on the term "overlanding" or the one dude I've already mentioned too many times.

Now that I have hindsight in my possession, I'm sure none of the humor I intended in my OP came across to anyone but me. I appreciate you taking the time to answer despite that.

I'm not saying I wouldn't consider 37's some day! I'm just not ready for that kind of commitment. Chopping and welding and fitting and regearing... I haven't even done Imogene yet. I want to see how many trails I can check off this year and I figured finding some other people would help get me out even more.

Checking out gmjc's page now
