Purchased a used set of DT headers. I can't find any information anywhere on the net about the exact exhaust flange gaskets I need. I've read that you use the stock toyota 3.4 flange gaskets but then I've also read that you use these donut gaskets and I can't find specific information regarding part number.

Anyone know the exact gasket needed for the DT flange junctions?

    Thanks ladies!

    Donuts at the collectors

Regular Exhaust gaskets on the ports

If the head and the headers have the same ports not knowing just what model headers you have.

Depending on just what headers you have if you can`t find the info on Doug Thorley`s web site a phone call most likely will get your answers

I'd use the included gaskets for the flange connections, and stock coppers at the head.

I found out that I do need donut gaskets at the collectors but not sure on size.

    Something like this:

When I bought mine new I called them directly for fit information and they were very helpful.

They should tell you what you need instead of guessing

    Bump

Having the hardest time finding these damn donut gaskets. Reached out to DT more than 10 days ago, no response. Went to autozone and they couldn't help me for shit. Measured with a micrometer and it's 2'' ID x 2.75" OD... I see a bunch of 2" ID donut gaskets on Ebay and Amazon but all of them have an OD of 2.5". Am I miscalculating the OD? Or should I just buy one of these 2" ID donut gaskets and see if it fits? Shit is pissing me off LOL.

Ever get it sorted? Go to OReilly's and ask to see their donut gasket collection behind the counter. I have a fleaBay header that uses donut gaskets of similar size and that's what I had to do. I have a few spares but none the same. One is for a Jeep, another a Honda, and one is something Merican. If the header isn't mounted yet, take it in there, too.

I guess I forgot to update this thread as I really just update the main build thread. My exhaust guy told me that those do NOT need gaskets. I was in complete shock but the guy is a legend and has been doing custom exhaust for 40 years so wasn't going to argue with him. Got everything installed and sure enough, no leaks. So I guess it's misunderstood that these need gaskets...Not sure.

Probably a ball and socket compression fit type design so you can get a perfect angle fit.
