    Yep, no such thing as too much head space in primary. If you secondary, that's where you need to minimize as much as possible.

    Popped this open to take the dog for a walk (Hence the #ProperGlassware), and dumped it. It has not aged well....

    Then walked to the liquor store for a few IPAs and some carne asada at the mexican market. Not bad. Also got a Brouwerij West Hollywood on acid or soemthing, i thought Meh, wife liked it....
