HBOs WestWorld (Possible Spoilers)

Yeah, I'm looking forward to "The Last Samurai" next week.

 

I completely forgot about that until towards the end of last nights episode

 

Ninja's and samurai's never get old. I enjoyed the parallel between the stories. Although I'm at a loss as to what is happening with Maeve.

 

Yeah it was awesome to see the parallel. When the song first started I was like ah shit now it's the same thing!

I'm pretty sure she's evolving into a mind controlling machine, some pretty wicked stuff

 

Anybody else find that episode 5 (the Shogun) episode fairly boring and unimportant to the story other than Maeve realizing she has super powers?

I mean in the next episode they leave all but that one Japanese girl at the Lake place.

The new season looks wild

 

Until I saw this thread, I forgot the next season was coming out so soon. Debating on rewatching the 2nd season now.

 

I never had the opportunity to see the 2nd. They sold 'The Sopranos' to a few others didn't they? Really, seems HBO would be better off letting others broadcast. No way I'm giving more to cable. My loss I know but won't do it. For one thing Sopranos and this was all I've ever liked. GoT looked well made and written but just wasn't my thing.

 

I get mine thru Amazon Prime and just stream it

 

I'm out of the loop on prime. no one in my age/peer group has it. Barely Boomer, laughs.
I was working in a house that had it tho and do remember putting on 'Sopranos', so I should have figured.
