This looks like it will be an awesome solution and the thing is built like a brick shit house...

BUT, im mounting some LP9's by BD that around round (ish) and looks like at minimum the horns need to be relocated someplace? Dunno where. Could use some help.

Also, I see the three mounting points on the bracket and looked at the truck. In theory it makes sense but not sure about the center mount- where it goes and what it attached to.

Anyone care to share some install pics? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Trying to prep myself. Its still Cold AF here in maine and I cant waste time outside figuring this shit out with numb hands LOL

What size light bar does this accommodate?

I busted one of my horns, but did relocate the new aftermarket horns. I'm running round Rigid lights (I think they are 6"). The bar works great!

This thread is pretty old but I'll just answer the original questions for future readers. The BAMF instructions were not great or maybe there weren't any, I can't remember now.

The horn mount bars are attached with bolts. Remove the bolts, swap the bars left-to-right, and turn them backwards. Then put the bolts back in.

    Done and done.

Or, you can extend the horn harness very easily and bolt them to the BAMF bar. But if you are touching the horns, suggest you contact @BartMaster1234 who can hook you up with a 4-tone set that will get people's attention for sure. He'll give you a nice new harness, just ask for another foot of length.

You asked about the bolt hole at the apex of the triangle, at the bottom. You will need to drill a hole in the C-channel for the bolt.

FWIW I got around the horn issue simply by unscrewing the bracket and flipping it 180 degrees and reinstalling in the same hole and the same bolt. That provided the clearance I needed for the bracket and lights.

I installed the SDHQ version today and install was a breeze. No horn relocation necessary.

When you did this, we’re the horns against or very close to the radiator? When I tried this the horn is touching the radiator. Or am I misunderstanding?

Which horns are those, and what wiring was involved?

They are Seger horns from Amazon (sound good and loud) $20. The only wiring was to extend the wire a few inches. I broke the mounting tab on one of my factory horns, but I like the Seger's better.

Great. Thank you! How did you extend the wire? Can you explain the details?

Suggest you try bending the bars a bit.

My light bar looks a lot like this one, and is awesome. Solid as a rock. I got it from a seller here many years ago that was fabricating them.

Thanks everyone for the tips. I think I still have some adjustments for aim, but really happy with the results. The only downside is now my headlights and fogs look even worse. I guess some Phillips H9’s and SS3’s are next? I kinda love the oem-ish look though.

Thoughts on KC fogs vs ss3 sport? I assume ss3 are juchbetter?

btw, these are KC LED Slimlites inn the BAMF bar. Other than figuring in the horns (I flipped them, bent the bar a little, and there in 4 washers) it was an easy install. Running the wires through the grommet takes some swearing but is doable.
