02’ DC 4x4 Limited

Hey all was just wondering what size I could go up to if I switch to 15 inch rims. I was looking at the pro comp 15x8 with 3.75 backspacing because I've heard of others doing that. I was just wondering if I could go a bit larger with my tires since I am getting different wheels. I currently have stock rims with 265/70/r16 BFG KO2's. Thanks!
