    Similar here in PA.

    Open carry state, no restrictions (so long as you're not a convicted felon or subject to a restraining order).
    But it's uncommon and bound to attract attention.

    Also a "shall issue" state for CC.

    We had an elderly member at the Fish & Game club that started acting strange and belligerent.
    He'd wander in closed areas, run his dog, etc.
    (Pretty sure he was losing his marbles. Sad.)
    When a Director (me) approached him he flashed his handgun and was told that was unacceptable, on top of the other stuff.
    The second occasion he did it, the cops were called.
    That time it was another Director.

    Yep, "Brandishing".
    On condition he gave up his membership permanently, charges were not pursued.
    I suspect the Sheriff probably revoked his CC license as well.

    Dunno what happened to him after that.
    He dropped out of sight, never caused any further trouble that I know of.
    This is a small town, goodness knows it would have been a bigger deal in an urban area.
