I'm going on 9 months with no issues. Here's a better photo of the Wilwood brake proportioning valve. My master cylinder might be different than yours, my truck had ABS originally and I've heard non-ABS master cylinders are different. So mine goes from the master cylinder to the Wilwood BPV, then from the BPV to the 90° fitting on the frame rail behind the left front tire.

I had to cut and flare each line connected to the BPV, since the OEM brake fittings are metric and the BPV is SAE. I had tons of extra brake lines after removing all the ABS stuff, so I modified one of those lines to fit from the BPV down to the 90° with a small tubing bender. Then back where I removed the old LSPV, I put about a 45° bend in the line that runs along the frame rail and it screwed right into the flexible brake hose that connects to the lines on the rear axle.

Also, do you know the fittings needed to to make the Wilwood work? Looking to order what I need here soon?

    PM away, no problem.

I think they’re 5/16” SAE but I’m not sure. I took the Wilwood valve to NAPA Auto to make sure I got the right ones. They didn’t sell individual fittings but the part # 813-1203 brake line came with 2. That worked out because I also needed a short straight brake line. I think it was 9 or 10 bucks. If you need any more metric fittings I can send you a few, I still have all the ABS brake lines I ripped out.

Install went well. Brakes bleed and good function. I'll probably bleed her again to get as much air out as possible. What setting do you use for the manual proportional valve?

I screwed it in about halfway and did a few practice panic stops. The back end was tending to step out so I backed it off a couple turns until it stopped straight. I haven’t had to mess with it since.

Abs delete, lspv delete, led headlights, 5 speed swap, ome 882 nitrochargers and dakars
+1 on the abs delete and LSPV delete. Bought the truck with none of it working and now have good brakes. This is a necessary mod on a lot of old Tacoma’s out there
