    What region are you in?

They have always been standard/preinstalled in on the O/R models in my experience. But I am in prairie Canada region.

Bought my 2020 OR here in Texas and it did not have mud flaps. I ended up buying Rekgen flaps and couldn't be happier!

for the 3rd gen, my understanding is that they are not a freebie. If your truck "came with them" they were added at port and added to the price on the sticker. same with floor mats

doesn't really matter, maybe for canada. "port" is a term indicating the point in the shipping process before the vehicles are loaded onto a semi and delivered to the dealer.

Also, dealers will often install things like OEM mud flaps but they'll still show up on the sticker

Nothing is free that's for sure.

We install mud flaps on all models on arrival as region policy. Even GT86's get them.

But the Off Road's originally came with them installed in 2016. 4runners and Rav4's come with them installed prior to arrival as well.

If your truck doesn't have them, you can purchase an OEM set for about $65 online. They bolt right on. No drilling.

Stock AF. My 68 Bronco and 2000 2.5RS get the mods.
Mine did not (southeast), chose rekgen with the plain stamped logo, love them. They are slotted so you can install them tucked in, flush with the outer edge of the tire if you're staying with the stock tire size/wheel offset. I wanted door chip and underbody protection.

They are a 'must-have' IMO as really go a long ways in protecting your rocker panels and TRD exhaust tip if you have such.
