Simply set at 1.1" to level the front of the truck. Rides just fine. A little firmer than the stock shock due to valving. Best value to money for lifting and leveling a tacoma IMO. I have billies on all 4 corners, in the rear I also have sumo springs for when I tow or load the bed. Very happy with my set up.

5100's on all four corners. In the rear i put in some General HD leaf springs and Firestone airbags.
Front struts set at 0 with OME 887x springs. Provides about 2-3 inches of lift. The back might be a little bit higher w/o a load in the bed. Had this setup for about 2+ years now and the ride quality has gone down a bit. Considering replacing with 5100s this summer and reusing the springs, unless there is something obviously wrong with them.
After 2 years they're looking kind of shitty but still get the job done.

Putting Bilsteins on all 4 wheels as well. What extra lift given if no additional lift setting on shock?
