What good is that fancy Toyota Building at you Dealer Ship if your Website sucks

Nothing turns me off faster than when I look/browse/shop for a new Vehicle and go to the local Dealers Site of the Brand of Car/Truck I am interested in and there Site does not work is slow or when you click on a Vehicle I am interested in the Site goes blank.

I can not understand that Car/Truck Makers make Dealers spent Millions of Dollars to upgrade to enhance the Consumers Shopping experience at there Dealerships (honestly how much time do you wanna spent there and get hammered by Sales People and Managers anyway) when the most important shopping tool called the internet is mostly overlooked.

Did nobody understands this is the 21st Century and tons of young buyers and repeat buyers use this tool on the go or at home?

Fix your darn Sites to get the information I am looking for in a timely manner. Honestly I don,t give a Rat,s Bum if you have 8 Ft big Screen and free beer samples in your Restroom.

Used the Mac and Android at home to see if there is a difference to do my research it is not.

Just did a quick search from different Toyota Dealers in town and found only 2 that have been user friendly and pretty fast. The rest of them have been slow and the friendly Robot ask me "how can we help you" before I even could browse there Inventory.

Well, they really have the worst vehicle websites out there. My lease is up in afew months so I have been scanning my options be it another Toyota, a Gladiator, Ranger or Colorado. I don't have a lot of time to dedicate farting around dealer lots while desperate sales people follow you around like white on rice. So I do my research on the web, hone it down to few options and then brave "the car lot" experience. I'm not super picky about the vehicle I drive, but there are few must haves that are non-negotiable for me. Most notably, some light off-road capability (mostly for the beaches in New England), trailering package and automatic climate control. So any vehicles without out all three of those options are non-starters.

So while conducting my research I find that ford posts the actual window sticker for each vehicle on their site which is incredibly helpful, as you get all the information you need to know whether you will take the time to do a live visit to their lot. Chevy has a virtual window sticker they post for each vehicle just as helpful as it plainly lists the options separately in order for one to make an informed decision. Similarly, Jeep offers teh same actual window sticker view on their websites, but I've ruled them out only because its a bit overkill for my needs.

Now we come to the Toyota websites. I mean they are just bad. Not only do they not offer a window sticker view, but there is so little information offered on each vehicle that its a total turn-off. I've posted a screenshot of the information offered on typical toyota website for a $41,000 truck in my area, and under included options its just.....blank. And it's like that on every vehicle. And they have four or five pictures of each vehicle that are about the most useless one could post to a site, so one can't even glean what the vehicle might have in it.

I really like my Tacoma, which I only picked up after the previous one I owned suffered from a severe premature rust issue, and wasn't comfortable with the idea of a full frame replacement.
