Hey guys I have a 2017 trd pro Tacoma. Somehow I smoked the clutch at the dunes.

I don't think he gets on here very much anymore. I've tried a few times in the past and haven't had any luck. Just call Camelback Toyota in AZ and talk to them. Tell em Tacoma world sent you. I called there once to get info on a sale and the lead manager lady was super rad. Very knowledgeable and on the ball. They know about TW so I bet they'd be willing to help.

Flywheel can just be resurfaced. If not then

    Too few to list.
I’d go aftermarket replacement. Why put all that money/work into stock parts when there are better choices.

Note that CF clutch plates will show some slip after they get smoked hard. Give it a day to two for fresh material to transfer to the flywheel and for any dust to evacuate. Unless you really blew it out, it might just need to be worked in again.

If you do get in there, the ADM will add some feel:

No! We just need SSNs and CC numbers, maybe a billing address?

It’s smoked for sure there is an inspection cover on the side of the bell housing you can look inside and see all the fibers wound into the pressure plate fingers. I wasn’t driving but it was in four low and it was way over revved. They don’t make aftermarket yet cause their are not that many manuals with the 4.0 so there is no need. All I have found is factory replacement. That’s why I turned to here to try to get some help or a better option or deal. Thanks for all the replies.

    Yikes. One less 'friend' now?

Look at URD's Stage 2 clutch:
    https://www.urdusa.com/urd-stage-2-clutch-2gr-fks-3-5l-v6-w-6-speed-transmission/

    And, you have a 3.5l, not a 4.0l. :D
