Blocked fuel problem

    2000 Toyota Tacoma
    When I try to start my vehicle, the battery is new and the starter is fine, when I step on the gas pedal it gets no gas so dies. Actuality in reality it never starts running since not getting fuel. The fuel filter has been changed and about a year ago maybe new spark plugs and spark plug wires. it ran well for about a week after the fuel filter was changed but now I'm having the same problem again. Only drive less than 3000 miles a year. It's a 2000 four-cylinder Toyota Tacoma. Help. She had 196,000 miles on her if that helps
