This is a green question, but what products do you guys typically use to service your CZ's? Especially the 75 guys?

I wasn't really raised with guns, so I don't have anyone to show me the ropes on maintenance, and I just want to make sure I'm using the right fluids in the right spots and not missing anything critical. I am extra careful with the gun barrel, of course!

I run a P07, but I put one drop of whatever clp you have (I use ballistol) on each major sliding surface like the rails and barrel/ slide interface. The manual might suggest some places too.

I use tetra gun cleaner spray to clean my SP-01 and P10c then some tetra gun grease on the rail and thats all. The cleaner acts as a lubricant and i've never had any issues with my guns

I agree the mcarbo upgrade was easy and the trigger is like a dream last upgrade i may do for awhile is getting the rmr cut for my slide so i can get a sleek profile when carrying. Heres my SP-01

What I've learned being a new gun owner is that target shooting is not as easy as I thought it would be. Maybe a .22 would be easier than the 9mm, but I am struggling. Mostly I think I need to work on my form/stance.

If it's handgun shooting, I can almost guarantee it's grip and stance related. Handguns are hard, gotta have grip, stance, and fundementals in good alignment.

Agreed. get a snap cap and practice your trigger pull to ensure your index finger is the only thing that moves. laser trainers or the old fashion coin on top of the gun trick will help you practice your trigger pull. The combat grip is what i like to use.

I looked into the combat grip a little and though I feel I do many of those things, one thing I'm sure I do is deathgrip the main hand. So will try to relax that a little next time and control the gun with the off-hand more. Also might need to switch out the back plate on the grip to something smaller.

Firm handshake. I've heard guys say that you need to grip the gun hard enough to shake, then back off just a tiny bit so you don't.

    Florida.

Ordered a 9mm solvent trap for it. Expected to get it around the same time I got my stamps to SBR the CZ and make the trap into a silencer.

Got the stamps back in 17 days, only to find out the company that I bought the trap from is running a month behind on shipping.

We had some P10-Cs and an SP-01 arrived in office this week. Fits like a glove. Love it!

It shoots amazing! Coming from mostly shooting Glocks, this CZ feels like I went from a Kia to a Mercedes. Lol
