Intro to fitting 35s (< 3" Lifts for those that wheel and love alignments)

You’re right. I know they could go lower but I don’t want/ need too.

My statement was that they don’t really bulge at 17-20 is in comparison to other tires I’ve ran at the same psi.

 

They are an OMF Performance conversion of an SCS SR8 wheel

 

No i meant that as in, you have to compensate for terrain. For snow, sand, i’ll keep mine at 15. Rocks will be 5/10psi

 

oh for sure. Do you run bead locks as well or non? I think the lowest I’ve ever been down to is like 12-13. Just not confident enough that the wheel will hold the bead.

 

Yes, The SPC UCA can adjust camber and caster. Take the sheet to the alignment shop and tell them to adjust camber and caster with UCA only. Most trucks with LCA maxed out forward, position E gets you about 3degrees and D gets you 4 degrees on the UCA.

Thanks, thats not bad for the load rating. My C rated 315 BFG ATs are 65. Since you seem to have an unmounted one, how tall does it measure? If they make this tire in a C rating Ill definitely try a set.

 

I have one mounted as well, to use as my, make sure I cut enough. with the shock off the front you can cycle the tire and wheel though its travel limits with a jack. The tire unmounted is 33.75". Mounted at 35PSI, on the truck with truck weight on it is
34.5"

I have a weight of 67.8lbs on my Kenda’s in 35x10.50x17. Around 33.75-34” unmounted.

Chose these over 315’s because I was tired of the issues that a 315 gives you (rubbing, weight, etc). I also love the sidewall protection!

You can find me too. @mt.taco.09 as well. I DO run Eibach 700lb 3” coils on my Fox 2.5”’s with dsc. But see the thing is, i actually USE mine for what their worth. A lot of cats just use their suspension to flex on IG. As compared to real life usage. You can bet your ass mine are being worked.

 

Get those things at around 6-9lbs and they’ll bulge!

 

I’ll also say that I havent had a blown shock since i swapped from 5100’s many years ago. You get what you pay for out their ability to perform under harsh conditions.

I will be be converting BR6 scs wheels to real bead locks.

 

I've ran 6 psi on ray10s and it held. I ran 1 psi on my 4runner on f5s. Neither are beadlocks. 315s on the taco and 37s on the 4runner. No issues

 

Hmm.. I’m tempted to run 10psi now, I keep it at 14-16
