The landfill we use requires you to show your I.D. at the window when you pay. I assume to check your address. Anyway, I put my money, exact amount, on the retractable tray. Eventually she asks if I have my license. I say "yes, while showing it to her, and immediately ask what information she needs off it" right away she says all of it, and then says like a smart ass "I suppose I would know if I was sick".

Even though she was behind glass, she didn't have any gloves on, and had been taking money and hard plastic licenses from people all day.

I looked her dead in the eyes and responded "well, I don't".

She huffed, apologized and offered it had been a long day.

I have crisis management experience so It's people like that though that don't think that piss me off.
