How trail capable are these things? My buddy has one and wants to go ride some trails at LBL (Tennessee/Kentucky border area) with me, but I don't think he'll make it through some of them. He's completely stock except he has stock size KO2s.

    Thanks!

I have a few buddies that do just fine in them. The challenge they run into is that they are just huge trucks compared to the tacoma, and a lot of the trails around here are taco/4runner sized.

Yeah with good tires, the Tundra will get through just as much as the Tacoma. It's only downside is it's physical size. I couldn't imagine trying to fit a Tundra down trails. But if you've got wide trails, or not super worried about trail scars, your buddy will be fine with the Tundra.
