Solid footing on high clearance rear bumper

    It looks like almost all the high-clearance rear bumpers are much narrower on the upper surface of the bumper than stock. I regularly stand on the stock bumper with the tailgate closed to access the roof of my topper. I’m worried that will be dicey with a high-clearance rear bumper.

    Are there any out there with a particularly wide upper surface?

    What width are you comfortable with? I think my bumper has a 4-5” depth
