I am replacing my non-electric mirrors with non-heated electric ones. The regular cab (with manual locks and crank windows) does not have wires for electric mirrors requiring me to wire something up. Where can I find the "male" end to plug into the mirrors?

It’s best to find a wreck and get the connector out of it then to go to a dealer.
Dealer will sell you the connector but it will not have the pins installed you would have to purchase the separate. Also out of a wreck you might be able to get the switch and most of the wiring required.

You have a couple of options I reckon. You could either buy the door harnesses that have the power mirror wiring:

    82151-04280 - Wire, Door RH
    82152-04220 - Wire, Door LH

Alternatively, you can order the connector housings and terminals (pre-crimped on a short wire) from a dealer:

    90980-12189 - Connector, Mirror (Qty: 2)
    82998-12670 - Terminal, Connector (Qty: 6)

Alternatively, you can order the connector housings from the dealer and terminals (uncrimped without wire) from an electronics supply company:

    90980-12189 - Connector, Mirror (Qty: 2)
    7114-4231-02 - Terminal, 1.0III Male Unsealed (Qty: 6)

The connector itself is made by Tokai Rika, but I can't find any easy way to order it online, so it's easiest to just get it from Toyota.

As was said though, you can certainly just find it out of a junked truck as well.
