The plus side of working from home - I can tinker with the bike when i have free time.

The down side of working from home - sheltering in place means I still have to work.

I don't mind working from home on occasion, but prefer not to do it on the reg because it makes it hard to separate work from play. My castle is my domain. I don't want someone other than my wife bossing me around in my own home.

Normally I'm only home one week out of every four, so it's not too bad.

They started cracking down on riders/drivers doing dumb stuff on mulholland. It was closed for a bit after the fires but it’s open now. It’s a main thoroughfare over the mountains between the valley and the beach communities so they have to keep traffic moving through. I’ve driven through there in cars many times but never on a bike. Cops are crawling all over that place though. If you stop or pull over even to check a text they’ll ticket you. I’m hesitant to ride the bike there because most other riders are way above my skill level and I’ll just be holding up the line. Now might be a good time to go though with everyone quarantined and whatnot.

shit damn dude sorry to hear that one, my gf also received the news via a text early last week....

and sadly a lot more will prob get this news as each day passes with things at a halt like this. (specifically economy talk not virus / infection talk)

i hope this starts turning for the better because not many can weather a storm like this, shit even the ones that can will be in tatters really...

People suck. How have we become a society where that is the new norm. Best of luck to you in these hard times ahead for this country.
