Will do. Thank you. First I need a 220 plug in the garage. I bent my fancy tractor dump truck bucket deal on the first load...

It bent at the 3 point frame. It’s kind of stupid the way it lacks any real reinforcement. The thing weighs 350 lbs. and if it can’t hold a load of firewood, it’s pretty useless to me.

I’m going to cut the 3 point off and make a new one out of 1/4” wall square tubing, plate both sides, then gusset it. Then I’ll cut the top link mount off the old one, weld it to the new one, and box IT. See how THAT works.

Funny thing is, the dump piston dumped the load like the box was empty. It’s just that shitty weak 3 point that’s the problem.

    That used to be straight...

I adjusted the top link purposely to have the box tilted toward the tractor when it was raised.

As you can see, it’s now level.

it's amazing how you have to build things better, even when used as designed. How thick were the stock plates for the link mounts? They folded like they were 18 gauge metal lol.

I know. No one can do anything right anymore. If you can’t make a 30 cubic foot box HD enough to hold 30 cubic feet, don’t make the damned thing.

Honestly, I wasn’t surprised, it was yielding under its own weight. I pretty much knew I’d need to fix it before I put anything in it.

I didn’t measure, I will tomorrow, but it’s obviously thicker than 1/4”. It’s just not reinforced at all.

Isn’t west Monmouth the area that has the most corona cases in NJ?

No shot! Bergen County is swamped with the virus compared to everyone else. Goes Bergen, Essex, then Monmouth with leading case numbers. Bergen's numbers doubles Essex and Monmouth. But then again, who really knows lol

It’s nothing to really focus on the number of cases since the more available the tests become means more people will get tested and in turn the number goes up only because more people are getting tested. But still, it’s not smart to leave your house right now. Don’t put other people at risk

Did some fabrication this weekend to start the process of reworking my bed organization.

Not needing to commute has let me clean and reorganize my garage. Next I'll be working on moving my reservoir mount for my one shock, finishing a light bar glare shield, and building fuel storage under the bed.

Done for the day. Most of it is back together, Didn't vacuum, too tired for that. It was still raining. No room in the garage for the truck. Just have to finish up the wiring tomorrow. The lower kick panel is still apart. My hands are all cut up from running the wires. Going to tap the Heated seat fuse, That for some reason my truck has, but no factory heated seats.
