Smittybilt Depot > Amazon

Just wanted to share this with those who may be looking to buy truck parts right now. With all the covid stuff going on, shipping times seem to be greatly affected, at least that's what I thought.

I saw that the smittybilt winches recently dropped in price, and I've been looking to pick one up so yesterday I went to pull the trigger on one. Amazon was showing an estimated delivery date of April 23rd, which is a entire month away. This item had a prime label on it too.

Ended up going to the smittybilt depot website, and decided to pull the trigger. The total came out to be $30 higher, but I figured it would ship a lot quicker than a month. Woke up this morning to find the winch is out for delivery! Less than 24 hours after ordering, this thing is on a truck heading my way.

So to those of you looking to buy truck parts right now, be sure to check with other online retailers before going with amazon right now, at least until all this blows over.

Where in Colorado are you? Just go to a 4WP store and they'll match the online price. You get to walk out with the parts in your hands. I used to work for 4WP, they will definitely stay open through all of this, even if it kills every employee in their stores.

 

CO springs. I did go into one of their stores and their prices were wayyy higher than what I was finding online, and the person in front me bought the last item they had in stock for the thing I wanted. Did not know about the price match though so thanks

 

Smittybilt and 4wp are the same company. Parent company is Polaris. Theyll price match and if they act like they dont want to just ask for the manager.

 

That explains why I saw so many smittybilt products when I was in the store. Good to know!
