    Ok, bored so ... 18-19 year old me was a open checking acct statement and as long as the number was positive I never actually did the math to verify accurate balance or check for errors. We get married, make checking acct joint, 1st statement comes in and she gets all busy doing something on the back of the statement, I don't think I'd ever looked at the back o_O, ask what she's doing, get the look (it was new and kinda cute/hot back then) "balancing the checkbook." ... haven't messed with those details since. People ask me what we pay for utilities and such every so often and I have to respond "I don't have a clue, ask my wife."
