    I saw a post about this for 2nd gens but wondering if anyone has done it with a 3rd gen and if so parts / cost?

    Mine is in the middle of a conversion right now. It's available from SOS PERFORMANCE and kits start at ~$2300. I went with an upgraded caliper, and larger 2pc rotor. I think mine was around ~3k
    There's quite a bit to the kit

    As to why I like 4 wheel disc brakes better and for me easier to change pads and rotors out when needed.
    I have never had good luck with drum brakes especially in the north east with all the salt and crap they put out on the roads in the winter no matter what I do.
