    1.014... Finished a couple points higher than expected. Was planning on kegging this brew this weekend, but it took a few days longer to finish and I really prefer to cold crash it for a bit, as I do with all my lagers. Will keg it next week.

    Just to change things up a bit, I moved my Whiskey Barrel Irish Red from CO2 to nitro today...

    Had one of these tonight but now it’s coffee as I have to go in to work for a few hours tonight. Guess I should be thankful I’m still working and even getting over time at this point.

    These things are surprisingly good. More like seltzer than beer, but great on a hot day.

    Disappointed the trip worked out the way it did. I missed out on the XXL and Imprint collab Blurries because I stayed for class and the class ended up being reminiscent of my entire military career and people asking stupid questions (about moving to online instruction).

    Better than The Answer tho. I’m fairly certain that’s the sweetest thing I’ve ever drank.
