I am sorry that I forgot about this thread.

My Taco dreams are finally complete. The Softopper was the original idea that I should have jumped on 2.5yrs ago. It got an excellent cherry breaker over the Presidents Day weekend. I could not have came away happier, other than owning the bike that I was hauling / riding:

It is an annual campout in the hope that brighter days and warmer weather is just around the corner. There was twelve of us and only a couple of us drove. I've grown soft about commuting or touring in non-sunny weather.

    Thanks!

I can't even tell you how good it was, esp after last year being a complete bust for camping. At least, I got a lot paddling in though.

Camping in NH this past weekend on private property. Hands down the windiest conditions I have ever camped in, magnified by the fact that we were in a utility right-of-way. Took the rainfly off before crashing for the night which helped. I think one of the other guys actually had some minor damage to his tent.

It was amazingly clear Sat night, and Im actually pretty stoked with this image given its just a cell camera

Not sure if camping in someone’s driveway counts, but we did.

Miss our FWC. We're seriously considering going back, this time with a Hawk on 3/4 ton.

This was our Eagle on the DCLB.
