first time here. mod, if i posted in the wrong place, please move my thread.

i have an '05 tacoma with 49k miles. i need some advice on how to handle my situation with toyota. i bought my truck brand new and at 9k miles had to put a new tranny in it (under warranty). the truck was kicking out of gear in 4th gear.

next, i had another tranny replacement at 31k miles. this time, 2nd gear was hard to shift to and going from 2nd to 3rd would grind the gears.

now, im at 49k miles and having more tranny issues. when in 2nd gear, the power distribution feels uneven as the truck accelerates. also, the other day i started the truck and could not move in reverse or 1st. felt like i was stuck in mud, but as i accelerated the engine shook as if it was going to stall.

I guess i am looking for any advice in dealing with toyota. my dealer can never recreate the problems and therefore they tell me everything is fine. now, i am out of my 5 yr pt warranty and they keep telling me everything is fine. has anyone had similar experiences in dealing with them?
