    Dear Valued Customer,

This is Martin Peters, General Manager at Bell Road Toyota. I wanted to personally make you aware on the steps we are taking not only today, but moving forward to ensure that you feel safe when you come to our store and have the confidence we are here to help you in purchasing or serving a vehicle with us. In the wake of the current events surrounding COVID-19, we are taking immediate action in all areas of our business to better service our customers and to ensure we have a safe working environment for our staff. Here a just a few key things that we have immediately implemented going forward for the foreseeable future.

    1) 1) We have adjusted our store hours until further notice. Sales Hours: Monday–Saturday 9AM-7PM, Sunday 10AM-7PM. Service Hours: Monday–Saturday 8AM-4PM, Sunday Closed. This will allow us to clean and sanitize our showroom and service areas for the next morning for our customers.

    2) 2) Make no payments for 90 days on select models in stock. Contact for full details

    3) 3) Sanitizing all showroom areas and vehicles daily, to ensure the safest possible environment for our customers and staff.

    4) 4) Implemented a strict policy with our employees for their protection and yours, that if they don’t feel well, they must go home and seek medical evaluation if needed before returning to work.

    5) 5)If you are still not comfortable or are unable to shop or service in store, we have made adjustments that will allow us to accommodate you to the best of our ability. A few of the changes are listed below:

a)If you choose to come to the store but don’t feel comfortable in coming inside, we will work with you so you can stay in your vehicle while we complete the process!

b)We are scheduling one on one sales appointments in designated safe & sanitized zones

c)Shop directly from home online at bellroadtoyota.com with remote transactions available!

Once again, we want to thank you for your continued support and choosing us for your automotive needs. Our entire goal is to reassure our customers that we will do everything we can to make it as normal and safe as possible to continue to purchase and service your vehicles with us during this difficult time. If you have any other specific questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly at 602-547-6801 or to an eager representative ready to assist at 602-863-0600.

    Sincerely,

    Martin Peters

Meanwhile, for those that have money in the bank, it may be a great time to pick up a lightly used vehicle off the dealer's lot with an extended warranty...

Dealership I work at closed last Tuesday for two weeks. They are paying everyone normal salaries. Another dealer in town is closing for a month and no pay to employees.
