How many miles? Have you replaced your track yet?

I have an 18 with around 1800 miles and my track is toast. Not happy about it at all.

I have around 1K on my track, used only in mtn/off-trail riding. I am missing two lugs. I know of others that like you the track has self destructed very quickly. Unfortunately modern Polaris tracks are a wear item now it seems like. Part of the territory when you are trying to make everything as light as possible.

Yep. I'm pretty sure it's caused by sidehilling. I know someone who has no idea how to actually ride a mountain sled so the track is always flat and has no sign of wear yet. To me it's a bit ridiculous that after a season of riding it needs a $1000 track. I get they're trying to make things lighter in every way but skimping on a track is a bit frustrating. Guess I shoulda bought a Doo

I have an old 2.4 163 track I might through on my 155 with some rail extensions.

I side hill a lot but am a light rider so my track is not showing a lot of wear on the un-clipped sections yet. One way you can help with longevity is to fully clip the track. Guys on Snowest say it helps with track wear. If I needed a track I would go to the 163 in a 155 chassis route. I have ridden that set-up & it is awesome. No you do not want a floppy Doo LOL.

Yes it's ride in ride out. The trail is just off my back yard where my neighbor's seasonal camper is. We put a cut through the trees.

It's that time of year again! I just picked these two up this week. The Dragon is a bit of a project but got it for a deal. It should make a good sled for friends to ride.
