I’ve looked around and have gotten close to an answer but not quite. I have a 19 OF double cab manual tyranny with OME lift front and rear. Going to get tires this week. I always run BFG tko’s. Anyway I have off-road pop up about 3100lbs loaded and pulls pretty well with the stock size tires around Colorado. Just let the little thing rev! Will 265/75’s ruin my towing power with such a small jump in size?

Avoid E rated tired and you should be fine.

They will work fine but anytime you increase the effective gearing you'll need to slip the clutch more when you first start. If you don't come to a full stop often you likely won't notice.
