First Timer....Welcome Me With All Your Answers And Info

Hey whats up everyone . I am a newbie to your site . Thanks for the add . I recently purchased a 2012 Access Cab , Automatic , Navy Blue with 70k Miles on the dash . These are the things i want to do :

Inside :
Upgraded Radio System
New Speakers
Sub woofer
Amp
lighting

Under the hood :
any parts that will make this truck float on the highway and quicker acceleration in the city
something for better gas mileage
Full aftermarket exhaust..doesnt have to be the best just want it to sound good and help with performance

Bed of truck :
Spray liner
some type of cover that can fold in and out

extra stuff :

tow hitch
rims (Nothing higher than 20")
after market lights ( front and rear)
**any possible way to change the rear brakes from drums to pads

This is my daily truck . I drive on the highway a lot and i usually do 80mph on the norm . i just want my truck to look nice and ride smooth

Bed of the truck is composite, no need for spray liner.

 

If anything gave these trucks better mpg the inventor would be rich. Quicker acceleration and better mpg is a real unicorn. It just doesn’t exist.
