Yea I agree. What funny is, it seems like they like to spread the wealth too. You go to the doc for a simple thing and before you know it you're seeing 5 different specialists paying each a co-pay. It's all a joke.

I was wide awake when mine were taken. Blood flying, carried a convo somewhat with the dentist. He was surprised. Military to cheap to knock you out back in the day ha ha.

This is the pasta we use:

    https://www.ronzoni.com/en-us/products/3378/TrioItaliano®.aspx

Two boxes makes two 9x13 casseroles. I mix in no less than 6 cans of tuna, and sometimes I will mix solid white albacore and chunk light. That way there is more tuna flavor. Then an 8 oz package of shrooms. I pull out 1/4 of the container and do a course chop and then the rest go in the blender with the campbells mushroom soup. A whole 16 oz bag of frozen baby peas too. We serve the cheddar flavored fried onions on the side at the table, instead of baking them on top. That way we get more of them per serving. Oh, I also heat up a can of progresso garlic mushroom soup and I like to put some over the top of mine so it is a little more wet than what comes out of the oven.

I've also made this same thing with canned chicken. It is also very good, but with that, instead of Old Bay and a seafood flavor base I like using the Pitfaced BBQ Rubs. Not too much, I want to taste the chicken. That rub though has been finding its way into more and more of my dishes. I added a bunch to some sloppy joe last week. Best batch I've ever made. I plan on putting some in the crockpot later with the ham. I like how when I use it I don't use as much salt as I normally would.
