My rear tail light keep popping out every month. One month it's the drivers side rear and the next month it's the passenger side rear. I've changed bulbs and nothing works. I'm I the only one with this problem.

Friend with a Altima has similar problem

I spread the contacts in the socket slightly, spread the contacts on the bulb slightly and it worked for a few weeks, then repeated.

Vibrations? heat expand/contract from sunlight? Dunno.

Put the bulb back in socket and confirmed it still worked. Put a small dab of silicone connecting the bulb base and the socket on the outside of the socket. Where it could be easily razor cut if the bulb failed in the future.

Been over a year now, no issues.

I might have helped with the taillight, but the rest is yours.
