Looking for a talented Toyota tech to diagnosis and fix a negative fuel trim at idle issue on my 96 Tacoma. I’ve done everything I can to pinpoint the issue. No check engine light. I suspect a vacuum leak in the fuel pressure regulator line but I’m not an expert and not that confident with a wrench. Also need an evap and expansion value replaced. Thanks in advance if anyone can help or knows anyone in the Philadelphia or surrounding area.

Not necessarily a Toyota tech exactly.

But Ronnie at Universal Auto on Rhawn St. in NE Philadelphia is a great repair shop. He is known for being a wizard with German cars. However, they can troubleshoot and fix just about anything.
