Thanks for the input, we will see where the lift falls, my springs are shipping to me now :bananadance: still get excited when parts come, even if I designed them for me

@ARCHIVE hey Eric, hope all is well up there. So I got the cross tube fabbed up and installed and while under there I measured the distance between the top of the super bumps and the frame 3 1/4" . How do I tell if I need to adjust the height of the bumps is there some magic number or just something you have to play with?

Doing good still. The biggest factor in bump spacing is how long is the compressed length of your shocks. If you have the B110 shocks then you probably can't lower your bumpstops much if any. My Option 4 U-bolt flip (Super bumps) puts the bottom of the Super bumps 0.625" above U-bolt plate. I do sell my lo-pro pedestals separately if you find you can lower your bumpstops

Awesome! Any reason for using the oem style bushings instead of polyurethane bushings?

Super excited to see what kind of lift and load carrying capacity these have compared to my dakar springs

I was wondering that too. My best guess is most people don’t actually need poly bushings, and will benefit from the low maintenance of rubber bushings.

The biggest reason I resolved to design this leaf pack was because the market is glutted with poorly functioning leaf springs for Tacoma. My main priorities are making a pack free of issues, functional and reliable, a leaf pack you can trust to drive from Alaska to Argentina. I think the rubber bushings will be most reliable and still get near 12" travel, we will see. Plus they are the correct width, imagine that! The shackle bushing is the one that rotates the most anyway

Super interested in the pack if it could hold 700lbs at 2-2.5” of lift

I'm all for reliability and functionality while maintaining suspension travel.

I've had the EL096R Dakar springs plus the AAL for a couple years now and while I do like the way they ride and handle weight the noises are just getting to be to much for me. Plus the fact they damaged my shackles has really made me want an alternative.
