Hi beam issue

So recently my hi beams stopped working on my 2016 Tacoma, the lights on the dash come on saying the brights are on but no brights. I troubleshoot and got no power out the ports of the fuse box for my left and right hi beam. I messed around in the fuse box with my lo beam and dimmer relay and putting them back in with the hi beam fuses pulled out I could hear a relay contacting and was reading 12volts but when I drop the fuse back in I hear a relay contact and no more power to my brights

 

Welcome! Even though the fuses may look fine, did you try swapping the high beam fuse with a known working one. If you have a 12v reading at the fuse, but not getting power when you put the fuse in, it is a likely candidate. Did you also check the voltage at the high beam headlight connector, or swap with a new H9? It isn’t uncommon for bulbs to simultaneously fail.
